How the T&T Sistemi Brasil website handles personal data: what the contact and application forms and audience measurement collect, for how long, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible

In effect since 28 September 2026. Updated on 6 October 2026 to cover the application form.

T&T Sistemas Brasil LTDA, registered under CNPJ 11.141.338/0001-80, with offices at Av. Embaixador Abelardo Bueno, 1, Ed. Lagoa 1, Salas 413D a 416D e 423D, Barra Olímpica, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22775-022, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site.

What this notice covers

This notice describes the processing of personal data carried out on the tetsistemi.com.br website. It does not cover the company's contractual relationships with clients, suppliers and employees, which follow their own instruments.

What the site collects

Data you send us. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, e-mail address, subject and message. No other field is requested, and the site does not ask for sensitive data.

Application data. When you use the Work with us form, you provide your name, e-mail address and area of interest and send your CV as a PDF file. Phone, LinkedIn profile and message are optional. Your CV does not need to contain sensitive data or document numbers, and we recommend leaving them out.

Technical access records. As on any website, the servers record IP address, date and time of access, pages requested and browser identification. These records exist to keep the site available and secure.

Browsing data, only with your permission. If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics records the pages visited and the time spent on each, where you came to the site from, the type of device and browser, the language, the approximate city and some actions: clicks on e-mail, phone, links to other sites and files to download, language changes, form submission (without the content of the message) and whether you reached the end of the page. The IP address is used only to estimate the city and is not stored by Google Analytics. If you decline, none of this is collected.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • Form message: used to answer the contact you initiated, under article 7, item V of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - preliminary procedures at the data subject's request.
  • Application: used to assess your profile in T&T selection processes, under article 7, item IX of the LGPD - legitimate interest. Whoever sends a CV expects to be considered for the company's opportunities, and that is the only use. You may object at any time, and the CV is deleted.
  • Technical access records: used for the availability and security of the site, under article 7, item IX of the LGPD - legitimate interest.
  • Audience measurement: used to know how many people visit the site and which pages are read the most, under article 7, item I of the LGPD - consent. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before.

Neither form depends on consent. In the contact form, by writing to ask for a reply, you start a procedure at your own request, and that is what authorises the processing. In the application form, T&T's interest in recruiting matches what you expect when you send your CV, and this balance has been assessed and recorded, as the LGPD requires. For this reason neither form asks you to tick a consent box: each tells you, before you send, what will be done with the data. In both, the e-mail address you provide receives a single message confirming receipt.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and audience measurement

No cookie is set without your permission. On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept audience measurement by Google Analytics. Until you answer, and if you decline, the site sets no cookies and your browser makes no request to Google. Typefaces and images are served by the site itself, not by third parties.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_7LT4W4D0L9, which tell one visit from another without saying who you are and last 13 months. Google Analytics also keeps a technical identifier in the browser's storage. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off: measurement serves only this site's statistics. There is no tag manager and no social network pixel.

To change your mind, use the Cookie preferences link at the foot of every page. When you withdraw permission, measurement stops, and the cookies and the identifier are deleted from your browser.

The site keeps in your browser, without sending it to anyone, the answer you gave to that notice and, if you switch language, the language you chose.

How Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Links to Google Maps, LinkedIn and Instagram only send data to those companies if you click them. From then on, each company's own privacy policy applies.

Who the data is shared with

We do not sell or transfer personal data. It is accessed by:

  • T&T staff responsible for answering your contact or assessing your application;
  • infrastructure providers, acting as processors and handling data only under our instructions: Google Cloud, which hosts the site on servers located in São Paulo, and Microsoft, which provides the corporate mailbox where your message or application is received;
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics and acts as processor, only when you accept audience measurement.

Data may be provided to authorities where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

International transfer

Messages and applications sent through the forms are received in a Microsoft 365 corporate mailbox. Microsoft acts as processor and may store and process them on servers located outside Brazil. In that case, the international transfer is supported by the standard contractual clauses of the service agreement held with Microsoft, under article 33 of the LGPD.

If you accept audience measurement, the data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. In that case, the international transfer is supported by the standard contractual clauses of Google's data processing terms, under article 33 of the LGPD.

The hosting of the site itself remains in Brazil.

How long we keep it

Messages and applications, including the CV, remain in the corporate mailbox for 24 months from receipt, and are then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion through the channel given under Your rights. The site does not store messages or CVs in a database: it sends and keeps no copy.

Technical access records follow the infrastructure provider's periods and the legal retention period for application logs.

Audience measurement data stays in Google Analytics for 14 months and is then deleted. Aggregated reports, which count visits without identifying visitors, may be kept for longer.

Your rights

The LGPD grants you, at any time and free of charge, the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully, request portability, obtain information about sharing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw the consent given to audience measurement.

How to exercise them: write to contato@tetsistemi.com.br. We will reply within 15 days of the request, under article 19 of the LGPD. We may ask for information confirming your identity, so as not to hand one person's data to another.

If you consider that your rights have not been met, you may complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The credentials used to send the forms are kept in a secret vault, and what you type is never interpreted as code at any point along the way. No security measure is infallible, and we do not promise absolute security.
