T&T Sistemi offers two levels of hands-on training: control and automation training, at its own center in Rio de Janeiro, and advanced mechanical training, delivered at a specialized partner facility. Courses are delivered by experienced professionals and focused on the operation and maintenance of complex systems.
Control and automation training
The training center in Rio de Janeiro is built around real physical controllers installed in racks, not simulation alone. The classroom is interactive, with individual workstations, and allows failures, events and process variations to be reproduced under controlled conditions. Portable hardware is also available, for training at the client site. Courses cover:

Advanced mechanical training
Delivered through a specialized partner, at a facility equipped with a real gas turbine, which enables hands-on mechanical training beyond classroom simulation. It covers maintenance procedures, inspection techniques and borescope inspection on turbines and compressors, with practical sessions on the disassembly, alignment and reassembly of real rotating equipment. It complements in-house control training with equipment-level mechanical competence.
