T&T Sistemi works on turbomachinery control systems across the leading PLC platforms. The foundation is its experience in control-system software, and execution takes place under real operating conditions, backed by a dedicated remote engineering desk.
T&T Sistemi implements, tests and supports in the field the control systems it designs and configures.
Integrated control systems (ICS)
T&T Sistemi implements integrated control systems (ICS) for a range of applications, with an emphasis on prototyping and on features such as SEED to optimize the performance and safety of integrated solutions.
- Gas and steam turbines: the ICS control speed, temperature and pressure to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Centrifugal compressors: the systems regulate flow and pressure, minimizing the risk of surges and ensuring stable operation.
- Reciprocating compressors: the ICS adjust load and unload and monitor critical parameters to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
- Generators: integrated control for operational efficiency and safety.
- Electric motors and diesel engines: applications also covered by the integrated control systems.
Integration and development of these systems cover operational control, with advanced monitoring and control, and every system is tested to ensure reliability and performance.
Prototyping
Use of dynamic simulators to test and validate systems in a controlled environment, reducing risks before field implementation.
Field execution and engineering support
- Logic validation, signal and I/O checks, and control-loop tuning
- Commissioning, startup support and troubleshooting in live operating environments
- Remote diagnosis and action plans across the full turbomachinery chain
- VM-based simulation environments that reproduce field scenarios and validate control logic
- Root-cause analysis support, with structured reports, procedures and operating recommendations
- Remote and on-site technical support, where response time and technical clarity matter most
