Integrated control systems (ICS)
T&T Sistemi implements integrated control systems (ICS) for a range of applications, with an emphasis on prototyping and on features such as SEED to optimize the performance and safety of integrated solutions.
- Gas and steam turbines: the ICS control speed, temperature and pressure to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Centrifugal compressors: the systems regulate flow and pressure, minimizing the risk of surges and ensuring stable operation.
- Reciprocating compressors: the ICS adjust load and unload and monitor critical parameters to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
- Generators: integrated control for operational efficiency and safety.
- Electric motors and diesel engines: applications also covered by the integrated control systems.
Integration and development of these systems cover operational control, with advanced monitoring and control, and every system is tested to ensure reliability and performance.

Panel manufacturing
Control panels are manufactured by T&T’s headquarters in Italy, in a process that includes:
- Cabinet design and assembly: robust structures, engineered for the durability and functionality of the systems.
- Precision wiring systems: safe, efficient connections, vital to system operation.
- Dynamic testing with simulators: every component is tested under simulated conditions before final installation, reducing the risk of field implementation.
Manufacturing is UL certified for the United States and Canada, in accordance with NFPA 79, and under the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and the EAC regime for the Eurasian Economic Union.
