T&T Sistemi assembles machinery skids, with piping, valves and mechanical items. Its role is to turn the client's engineering and MTO inputs into RFQ packages, align inclusions and exclusions, coordinate supplier clarifications and consolidate everything into one technical and commercial response.
Quality control starts at the RFQ stage, not after supplier selection: that is the difference between buying isolated components and delivering a controlled package.
Assembly scope
- Prefabricated piping spools and piping components for machinery skids
- Piping supports, bolting, closing flanges, fasteners and consumables
- Manual socket-weld and butt-weld valves, welded with the piping where applicable
- Flow indicators, orifice plates and interface items identified on isometrics and MTOs
- Machining and repair of package components
- Pickling, painting, personnel protection, insulation and preservation where specified
- Inspection and certification of items under control
- Packing, identification and handover documentation
From scope to handover
- Review of specifications, drawings, isometrics, MTOs and scope boundaries
- RFQs issued for piping, valves, supports, treatment and documentation
- Technical alignment of inclusions, alternatives, deviations, lead times and quality evidence
- One coordinated technical and commercial proposal for the complete assembly
- Follow-up of fabrication, inspection, packing and records through handover
Traceability and documentation
- Material certificates, welding records and item identification under control
- WPS, PQR and WPQ, with welding traceability where fabrication is included
- Inspection, hydrotest and applicable coating records
- Packing lists, identification, preservation and shipment-readiness records
- Deviation and clarification logs, to avoid hidden scope gaps
