T&T Sistemas Brasil LTDA, registered under CNPJ 11.141.338/0001-80, with offices at Av. Embaixador Abelardo Bueno, 1, Ed. Lagoa 1, Salas 413D a 416D e 423D, Barra Olímpica, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22775-022, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site.

This notice describes the processing of personal data carried out on the tetsistemi.com.br website. It does not cover the company's contractual relationships with clients, suppliers and employees, which follow their own instruments.

Data you send us. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, e-mail address, subject and message. No other field is requested, and the site does not ask for sensitive data.

Technical access records. As on any website, the servers record IP address, date and time of access, pages requested and browser identification. These records exist to keep the site available and secure.

• Form message: used to answer the contact you initiated, under article 7, item V of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - preliminary procedures at the data subject's request.
• Technical access records: used for the availability and security of the site, under article 7, item IX of the LGPD - legitimate interest.

Submitting the form does not depend on consent: by writing to ask for a reply, you start a procedure at your own request, and that is what authorises the processing. For this reason the form does not ask you to tick a consent box - it tells you, before you send, what will be done with the data.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience analytics. There is no Google Analytics, tag manager or social network pixel. Typefaces and images are served by the site itself, not by third parties - browsing here does not generate a request to another company.

Links to Google Maps, LinkedIn and Instagram only send data to those companies if you click them. From then on, each company's own privacy policy applies.

We do not sell or transfer personal data. It is accessed by:

• T&T staff responsible for answering your contact;
• infrastructure providers, acting as processors and handling data only under our instructions: Google Cloud / Firebase, which hosts the site on servers located in São Paulo, and Microsoft, which provides the corporate mailbox where your message is received.

Data may be provided to authorities where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

The message sent through the form is received in a Microsoft 365 corporate mailbox. Microsoft acts as processor and may store and process the message on servers located outside Brazil. In that case, the international transfer is supported by the standard contractual clauses of the service agreement held with Microsoft, under article 33 of the LGPD.

The hosting of the site itself remains in Brazil.

The message sent through the form remains in the corporate mailbox for 24 months from receipt, and is then deleted. The site does not store the message in a database: it sends and keeps no copy.

Technical access records follow the infrastructure provider's periods and the legal retention period for application logs.

The LGPD grants you, at any time and free of charge, the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully, request portability, obtain information about sharing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

How to exercise them: write to contato@tetsistemi.com.br. We will reply within 15 days of the request, under article 19 of the LGPD. We may ask for information confirming your identity, so as not to hand one person's data to another.

If you consider that your rights have not been met, you may complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The credentials used to send the form are kept in a secret vault, and what you type is never interpreted as code at any point along the way. No security measure is infallible, and we do not promise absolute security.

This notice may be updated. The date at the top indicates the version in force, and relevant changes will be announced on this same page.
